scott dennis, guitar and vocals

Scott's long history with music began at age 10 when he played trumpet in stage band. When he later took up bass guitar at 15, he quickly realized that bass wasn’t the best choice to accompany his vocals, so he eventually turned to playing his brother’s acoustic guitar a few years later. After seeing that Scott was seriously interested in guitar and willing to learn more, his brother graciously gifted him with that same instrument. Since that time, Scott has played guitar as a solo artist, as well as in duo and trio ensembles. He has also played in dance bands, for worship services, and at many other private and public events. Scott considers performing on guitar and vocals to be a primary passion in his life, and hopes that others will enjoy High Plains Connection’s music as much as he does playing along.
